Surface Treatment

The general procedure for surface treatment is to add function not possessed by coated matter, or to add decoration. Specifically, the methods of treatment include powder plastic coating, dip coating, lubricant plastic coating, plating, flocking and evaporation coating, selected according to use.

This is a method of stretching the material evenly on metal frames for uniformed molding with plastic. Stacking chairs made using mesh (net) are an example of products made employing this method.

Ultrasonic Welding Treatment

This is a method used to glue two plastic parts together. It provides stable adhesive strength suitable for complexly shaped products (internal space structure, under cut, etc.)
